Cookie Policy
ADSHIFT Limited Liability Company
1. Introduction
ADSHIFT Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Radom, Kazimierza Pułaskiego 6/10, 26-600 Radom ("AdShift", "we", "our" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website operated at www.adshift.com (the "Website") and on the AdShift platform available at app.adshift.com (the "Platform"). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use and for what purposes, and how you can manage them.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meaning given to them in our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding the use of cookies, please contact us at privacy@adshift.com
2. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to your browser and that is stored on your device. When you return to the website, the browser sends the cookie back, which allows the website to recognise your device and remember certain information. Cookies set by us are "first-party cookies"; cookies set by providers of external services embedded on the Website are "third-party cookies".
Cookies remain on your device for different periods of time. "Session cookies" are deleted automatically when you close your browser, while "persistent cookies" remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.
3. Cookies we use
We use a deliberately minimal set of cookies and we do not build user profiles based on your browsing. The Website does not require a login; the Platform requires signing in and therefore uses the authentication cookies described below.
3.1. Strictly necessary and functional cookies
These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and cannot be switched off in our systems. We use them, among other things, to remember your language preference (English/Polish) and to ensure the security and correct operation of the Website. They do not store information used for marketing purposes.
3.2. Platform authentication cookies (app.adshift.com)
When you sign in to the Platform, we set first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management: they keep you signed in, protect your session against cross-site request forgery and store short-lived access and refresh tokens. These cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure, are not used for tracking or marketing purposes and expire automatically when your session ends or the tokens expire.
3.3. Third-party embedded content
Some pages of the Website embed content provided by external services. These providers may set their own cookies, over which we have no control. Their use is governed by the privacy policies of those providers:
- Tree-Nation – a reforestation widget displayed in the footer of the Website; Tree-Nation Privacy Policy
- Calendly – a scheduling tool embedded on the demo request page; Calendly Privacy Notice
3.4. What we do not use
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, we do not use analytics trackers that profile users, and we do not sell or share data collected through cookies with advertisers or data brokers - either on the Website or on the Platform.
4. Managing cookies
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies in their settings, including blocking or deleting them. The way to do this depends on the browser you use - please consult its documentation or help section.
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect selected functionalities of the Website, for example remembering your language preference.
5. "Do Not Track" signals
Because we do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising purposes, "Do Not Track" browser signals do not change the way the Website or the Platform operates.
6. Changes to the Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary.
The current version of the Cookie Policy was adopted and has been in force since 2026-06-12.
