Jason Randolph brings over a decade of paid search experience that includes working in some of the largest ad agencies in the world to leading paid search strategies in-house at Fortune 500 firms. He identified a need of both ad agencies and large marketing departments to expand their PPC services and expertise without adding additional staff. In these roles he managed the PPC and analytics strategy for brands including Porsche, Charles Schwab, Edward Jones, AirTran Airways, and Sealy to name a few.
Jason co-founded ADSHIFT with the mission to create a paid search solution that is exclusively tailored to meet the needs of ad agencies looking to offer PPC expertise without adding employees. His passion for paid search marketing and deep expertise managing paid search programs for over 60 leading brands have helped clients realize unprecedented growth.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Before co-founding ADSHIFT, Richard Bray spent ten years as an analyst on Wall Street. His experience from blue-chip investment banks and hedge funds brings a strong analytic and data driven approach to ADSHIFT’s search methodology and company culture.
In addition to his focus on strategic development, Richard currently directs all operating departments including finance, accounting, legal, employee services, and business administration. He received the “Chartered Financial Analyst” award, a professional credential offered internationally by the American-based CFA Institute.

Before joining ADSHIFT Kevin worked as a Senior Software Developer specializing in web and mobile technologies. He has led development on projects involving complex third party software integrations for high-profile clients such as the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Cleveland Orchestra and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Kevin holds Bachelors of Science degrees in both Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His chemical engineering background has endowed him with a methodical yet practical approach to problem-solving.
Kevin applies his expertise in application design and architecture to lead development on the ADSHIFT Platform, which allows clients to automatically update their PPC advertising based on factors such as product inventory and the local weather forecast.
Director of Product Management
Michael has held leadership roles in technology ventures for over 20 years. He was a founding member of a web development company responsible for helping major businesses establish an online presence, including both the first commercial radio station and the first hospital network in the Chicago area to launch websites.
Most recently, Michael was the president of a technology start-up that developed a senior-friendly service for exchanging private video messages via iPhone or standard browser and webcam. Michael has also served as Web Marketing Manager for NYU Stern School of Business, and has launched major projects for Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium and the Public Theater (home of Shakespeare in the Park) in New York City.
